The Retreat Club

This exclusive retreat is sure to offer you an intimate experience and the highest level of personal attention through the yoga sessions. Great if you are a beginner hoping to gain more understanding of the shapes we invite our body into or an experience yogi gaining more insight into the smallest sensations and the delicate balance between effort and surrender.

FRIDAY, 1st June 2018

Feel free to arrive  any time from 4pm, where herbal tea and healthy snacks will await you.

7.00 – 8.15pm:     Evening Yoga to arrive & ground

8.30pm:                3 course vegetarian gluten & dairy-free feast

SATURDAY, 2nd June 2018

8.30-10.00am:   Morning hatha Yoga

10.15am:               Breakfast, then free time

1.00-2.00pm:     Cooking & nutrition workshop

2.15pm:                 Light lunch, followed by free time

4.00 – 5.00pm:   Posture clinic

5.30 – 7.00pm:   Restorative yoga & meditation

7.15pm:                 Dinner (3 courses)

8.30 – 9.30pm:   Bedtime yoga nidra

SUNDAY, 3rd June 2018

8.00-10.00am:   Morning Hatha yoga

10.15am:               Breakfast

12.00-1.30pm:    Walk around the grounds

1.45pm:                 Light snack

2.00-2.45pm:      Yoga​ & closing meditation

3.00pm:                Home time
