A Weekend of yoga, breathing and meditation at Wasing Estate in Berkshire only an hour from London. You will stay in beautiful country accommodation and be treated to delicious food cooked by the retreats amazing chef.

Your Teacher: Jess Horn

Jess has been practising yoga for over 15 years and has studied with some of the finest teachers from around the globe including Sean Corne, Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Adhil Palkilava, Claire Misingham and is currently training in ISHTA yoga with Katrina Repka.

Originally practising Ashtanga yoga, she has also trained in Iyengar, Sivananda, Restorative and Yin and now teaches a blend of gently flowing, breath led and alignment based classes. She strongly believes in the transformative power of yoga and in helping students to discover tools to connect more deeply and mindfully with their bodies bringing more awareness into their practice and lives. She also is a strong advocate that yoga shouldn’t be taken too seriously and should put a huge smile on your face and in your heart!

Jess will be assisted by her sister Rebecca Horn who is a fully trained yoga teacher. Over the weekend you will also have the opportunity to try Transformational Breathing with Rebecca Dennis from Breathing Tree who is going to be running an introductory workshop.

There will also be time for woodland walks or massages for those who wish to indulge or perhaps just lying by the open fire!
